The virus outbreak is affecting all of us - myself and my business included. It is currently still possible to ship orders from Denmark to big parts of the world, and I will stay updated on the matter if anything changes.

 

Currently, I can still ship orders to:

  • All EU-countries

  • USA

  • And the following: Bangladesh, Canada, Hong Kong, Belarus, India, Iran, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, China, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Norway, Qatar, Russia, Serbia, Switzerland, Singapore, United Kingdom, Sri Lanka, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, USA, Uzbekistan, Vietnam and Egypt, Greenland and Faroe Islands.


Shipping time to the above countries is most likely extended since a lot of postage is being transferred by truck and ships.

If you do not live in any of the listed areas above, I advise you to wait to order anything from my shop until the outbreak is under control. 

All orders are being handled with extra care in these times to avoid the spreading of the virus. I'm healthy but should I get sick, I will close my shop temporarily to avoid packing orders.

Do you ship internationally?


Yes, I can ship internationally.




Will I get a tracking number?


To keep shipping costs as low as possible for international customers, I generally do not provide tracking information.




What if there is something wrong with my order?


If there is an issue with your order, please contact me. Use the contact form on my website.




How long does it take for the order to arrive?


It depends on where you live and how fast your order was processed. If you live in Denmark, the order should arrive after 5 workdays after it has been processed. If you live anywhere else, it can take up to 21 work days for your order to arrive, after it has been processed.




What is the store's return and exchange policy?


For EU citizens: EU-based Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product to return items for any reason. The customer is responsible for covering all costs related to shipping the product back. The return address is always written on the back of the envelope the product arrives in. For everywhere else: All sales are final and exchanges will not be accepted.




Who handles my order?


I do! Every order is handled and shipped off by yours truly!




Why are the print sizes A5, A4 and A3?


The A-format is the standard paper format in Europe (and Denmark where the orders are being processed). Here's an overview of the sizes: A5 (small): 148 x 210 mm A4 (large): 210 x 297 mm A3 (x-large): 397 x 420 Size reference




Why are there different paper types?


Up until recently I printed all my prints at home "on demand". However it is extremely costly to print all my prints on an Inkjet printer. So I recently started getting my prints made downtown as digital prints on matte smooth paper. Here are the main reasons why you can choose between different paper types:

  • I made a limited edition of the print on special paper with my own printer
  • I had leftover from the old stock while transitioning to my new provider




Shipping rates


Right now the shipping rates are determined by the psysical size and weight of your order. Below are the basic shipping rates, however they are subject to change due to your order's size. Stickers and charms:

  • Domestic (Denmark): $1.50 - $3
  • International: $4.50
Prints in size A5 (small):
  • Domestic (Denmark): $3
  • International: $4.50
Prints in size A4 (large):
  • Domestic (Denmark): $6
  • International: $9
Prints in size A3 (x-large):
  • Domestic (Denmark): $9
  • International: $13.50
FREE SHIPPING:
  • Orders for $60 or more are eligible for Free Shipping for international orders.
  • Orders for $45 or more are eligible for Free Shipping for domestic (Denmark) orders.





International Shipping

Do I need to pay customs?


All orders are shipped from Denmark. Any orders going through international borders (outside EU) may be subject to a customs fee. Depending on the weight and value of the order, as well as the final destination, you may be required to pay taxes on your order.




Address Info


Please make sure you have entered a valid address to ensure the order's safe journey to you. If you put a wrong or poorly written address in the address field, the order might not turn up.




High-risk countries
