In the upper levels of the demonic realms, Mocca works at her father's insurance company as a hotshot employee. Being addicted to caffeine and not always playing by the book she climbed to the top floors of the company within months - being the most successful insurance consultant in the firm ever since her own father.

As an only child growing up without a mother, Mocca learned early to see the strength in the male race of demons and found her own way of portraying that strength through her sometimes masculine fashion, attitude and methods.

Straight out of the lower levels of the demonic world comes Daemon, a mischievous and manipulative demon who never does anything halfway. Despite the boring tasks he has to do, he has a way to make his own fun.

Daemon is a vessel demon who, at the moment, occupies the body of a young boy from France who worked as a barista. As a catch, the former body also happens to be an axe murderer, playing tricks with Daemon's mind. Vessel demons need a bodily host to engage with the tangible world, and without one they live as mere shadows.

The COO has had Mocca under his wings since she was employed. He only has her best interest in mind and always pushes her to perform better than last time. Mocca is the closest thing he has to a daughter.

As an imp, Joe does not take a surname. Joe struggles to balance his office job with being a husband and father. He does only what is required of him at his job and nothing more. He typically, and very unintentionally, gets caught in the middle of his co-workers' drama and shenanigans.

Nero was, until recently, a junior insurance consultant who has recently become a rising star within The Damned Inc. He seemingly has a natural talent for business and is, in a lot of ways, just like Mocca when she started out. Nero is considered Mocca's arch-rival.

Not much is currently known about the CEO. He is Mocca's biological father and founder of The Damned Inc.
